Refund Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains how deposits and order refunds work on PalmFlash. By using the Platform you agree to these rules together with our Terms of Service.

1. Wallet deposits are not paid out in cash

Money you add to your PalmFlash wallet is for buying services on the Platform (gift cards, airtime, bills, and other catalog products).

Deposits are non-refundable as cash to your bank or mobile money under normal use. Your balance stays in the wallet for you to spend on any available service you choose.

2. Automatic refunds when an order fails

If you pay for a product and the order does not complete successfully (provider failure, undelivered product, or system-confirmed failure), PalmFlash refunds the order amount to your wallet automatically.

That refund is wallet credit so you can buy again — not a cash payout. You can use it for any other service on the Platform.

3. Successful deliveries are final

When a product is delivered successfully (for example airtime sent, token issued, or a digital code provided), the order is generally final and non-refundable, including cases where you entered a wrong number, wrong account, or wrong product.

Always check details before you confirm payment.

4. Pricing, countries and currencies

PalmFlash shows prices that can differ by product, country, and the currency you select. Margins and display rates may vary.

Currency or price manipulation is forbidden. Trying to force a lower price through bugs, tools, or converted amounts may cancel the order, reverse credits, and lead to account action under our Code of Conduct.

5. Service fees on refunds

Where a service fee was charged and the underlying product could not be delivered, the product amount is returned to your wallet. Any non-refundable fee will be shown clearly at checkout when it applies. If no separate non-refundable fee was disclosed, failed orders are returned to the wallet on the same basis as the charged amount for that failed order.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a funding payment with your bank while still using wallet value, we may freeze the account and recover amounts owed. Contact Support first so we can resolve the issue faster.

7. Account closure and remaining balance

If your account is closed for breach of the Terms or Code of Conduct, access to spend or withdraw may be limited while we review activity. Legitimate unused balances after a clean closure may be handled case by case through Support, subject to verification — not as an automatic cash refund of every deposit.

8. How to get help

For a failed order, check My Orders first. If the status is failed, wallet credit should appear automatically. If it does not, contact Support with your order ID.
